Mocha Maca Love Shake

Here’s a shake that is bound to bring all the boys (or girls) to your yard. This creamy dairy-free, vegan shake packs some love-boosting super foods to help increase libido and sass up your love life.
This shake features Maca, a Peruvian superfood that has been used for thousands of years as a sexual function enhancer. It’s ability to increase sperm count, libido and stamina makes this a go-to for anyone looking for a boost in the bedroom.
Not to be outdone, chocolate comes in swinging with a host of sexual health benefits of it’s own! Studies have shown that cacao has the ability to boost mood and enhance blood flow- both very important for the bedroom. It contains phenethylamine- a neuromodulator also know as the “love chemical’ because it helps stimulates the release of dopamine, your feel-good hormone. How could I not put it in this recipe! But be warned, not all cacao is created equal. Look for raw cacao rather than cacoa. The difference? Cacoa has been processed and roasted to such a high heat, that little to none of the health boosting qualities remain.

Mocha Maca Love Shake
4 Frozen Bananas
3 Tbsp Dandy Blend Coffee Substitute
2 Heaping Tbsp Raw Cacao
2 tsp. Maca Powder
2 Cups Non-dairy milk or choice (Coconut, almond, rice etc…)
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs (optional)
2 Cherries (because everything looks decadent with a cherry on top)
Toss al ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Share the love and enjoy!
*You could add a protein powder and a handful of greens to this for a healthy, well-rounded breakfast smoothie. But I chose not to this time, because sometimes you just need a treat!
